acrylic processing aid HL-120N which is developed by us is provided with fusion-promotion function due to the following features:1. Owing to its melting temperature is lower than that of PVC, it will be melted earlier than PVC resin and penetrate into the granulars of PVC resin. Then promote the plasticization of PVC resin 2. Easily blending with PVC particles, raising inside frication and increasing electric current and torque of extruder in processing, then ensuring PVC plasticization at lower temperature 3. Because of enough high-molecular weight of our processing aid HL-125, it will increase the melting viscosity (or strength) of PVC melting body, then ensure the PVC compound to be plasticized under the high electric current, torque and pressure conditions Technical specifications:
1) Appearance: White powder
2) Sieve residue (0.45mm) (%): ≤1.03) Volatile contents (%): ≤1.34) Bulk density (g/cm3): 0.35-0.425) Intrinsic viscosity (η): 2.3-2.7
Advantage characters:
1) Improves gelation of PVC
2) Reduces blending time, increases productivity and decreases processing temperature
3) Changes the fluidity of the melting body and improving production rate
4) Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC
5) Superior glossy property in surface
6) Excellect stripping property
Main use: It is mainly used and added in rigid PVC products such as PVC profile, PVC pipe, PVC sheet, PVC fitting, PVC board and other transparent PVC products.
Recommendation
dosage: 1-3phr (according to processing conditions)
Packing: 20kg per PP woven bags with PE inner or 500kg/sack
Foreign equivalent grade: American Rohm and Hass K-120N
Storage: keep away from hot sunshine and raining; place shade and dry site
