Our green SiC powder is obtained from high quality green SiC bulks which produced by smelting high purity petroleum coke and silica sand in large resistance furnace. 

The powder has excellent performances such as high purity, proper distribution, well grain shape, good hydrophilicity, good fluidity, high stacking density, high tap density and high sintering activity, is suitable for re-crystallized applications.
