1, Technical Background
Comparing with other general resins, unplasticized PVC could be fused only at a higher temperature and shear force. However, PVC is easy to decompose at a higher temperature. For ensure quality of rigid PVC products, the PVC blend should be processed at a temperature as lower as possible. The PVC processing aids developed by us possess fusion promotion function due to their following features:
1. Their melting temperature is lower than that of PVC,they will be melted earlier than
PVC and then could adhere to the grains of PVC resin.
2.Perfect compatibility with PVC make them adhere to PVC grains during processing, resulting in the increasement of internal friction and shear torque, simultaneously the heat from outer-heat are transferred into PVC grains by them so as to promote the fusion of PVC.
3.Because of enough higher molecular weight of processing aids, they will increase the melt viscosity
2, Technical properties
This product is white flowing powder, It is insoluble in water, ethanol, and soluble in Chloroform and Butanone.
