Working Principle
When the machine starts running, the sludge is pushed into the filter cartridge from the feed inlet and then moves to the sludge cake outlet under the pushing of the helical axis blades.Because the gaps among the helical axis blades will dradually get marrower and narrower, the sludge is under heavier and heavier puressure. Then the water gradually comes out from it as a result of pressure differential and issues from the filtering space between the fixed plates and the moving plates. Relying on the self-cleaning function of the fixed plates and the moving plates, clogging can be well avoided. At last, the sludge cakes are pushed by helical axis after being fully dewatered and then discharged from the discharge outlet.
Technical Advantages
Thickening-dewatering All-in-one, applicable sludge concentration of 2000mg/L-50000mg/L
Fixed platesand moving plates replace filter cloth, self-cleaning, clog-free, easy to handle oily sludge.
Low running speed, low noise, low power consumption. 1/10 of Belt Press and 1/20 of centrifuge.
Fully automatic control, easy operation and simple maintenance.

Wet sludge treating capacity=dried sludge treating capacity/SS(DS means dried sludge)
The figures are only for municipal sludge and the treating capability of other type of sludge depend on the situation.
