PLC control, satisfy all reagents filling for blood collection tube, such as EDTAK2, EDTAK3, Heparin, heparin lithium reagents, clot activator, etc. The PLC of the equipment is from Japan Mitsubishi, quantitative parts are imported from America, and 10 nozzles are separately controlled by the 10 quantitative pumps; the up-down working parts are supplied by Japan SMC.

 

1.      10 nozzles filling liquid or spray liquid at the same time, according to customer requirements customized 15 or 20 nozzles; the positions are consistent and can adjust high or low.

2.      Quantitative supply liquid system can according to customer use needs customized 10μL, 15μL, 20μL, 25μL, etc. Good repeatability, and can be controlled within ± 5%.

3.      The speed of add liquid spray can be fast or slow, about per hour to produce about 30 000 PCS.(Spray is slower)
