Niobium and niobium alloy have high melting point and good corrosion resistance and cold-workability; the tube are extensively applied to chemical, electronic ,aerospace industry .niobium and niobium alloy tube are mainly used as structure material of aeration jet engine and for manufacturing high-voltage sodium lamp, chemical reactor ,heat exchanger tube and inner component of reactor. Adding Zr into Nb can markedly improve strength and oxidation resistance of alloy materials, so nowadays Nb-Zr alloy is massively manufactured capillary for sodium lamp manufacturing.
