The details of this machine: 

1. About the material 
The sheet's thickness must be controlled from 1mm to 5mm. Its weight is not limited strictly, because the transfer belt's tension can be adjusted. 
2. How to spray 
When the sheet transfer to the shaked funnel, the powder will be sprayed on the sheet's surface. A roller will press the powder to fix them on the surface. 
3. About the funnel 
The funnel is the spray head you mentioned. Our machine only has one funnel. Its max spray width can be 740mm. 
4. Collecting device 
After the press, a fan-collecting device will work for collecting the spare powder. A cloth bag can store the spare powder for using again. If the sheet has gap, it's not good for collecting. 
5. About pressure 
Because of the collecting fan and the spray motor, the pump must be powerfull and high pressure. 
6. Operation 
The automatic powder spraying machine is used friendly. Operation is very easy, it's able to adjust the dose of the falling powder and conveyor's speed. It can meet the need of long working hours.
