Using the modular design the ZXLC dust collectors are designed to cope with the high dust concentrations and filter velocities encountered in the industrial fields of the machinery, the power station, the casting, the metallurgy, the chemical industry, as well as mine, food, medicine, tobacco, grain storage and so on.
3. Because of the flat bag inserted from the side and pulse-jet cleaning technology, the dust collector has small footprint and light weight.
4. The advanced downward airflow and the peak-type gas-solid separation device makes the dust subsidence and the service life of the bag obtaining good results. The efficiency of these dust collectors could reach 99.99%.
5. Specially, the design and manufacturing of the flat bags could make the quality of bag best and the seal between the bags and holding plate tightly and easily loading and unloading.
6. All parts are manufactured in our factory, using die stamping process, with high precision size to ensure the seal of this equipment; the rate of air leakage is less than 1.5%. The abroad pulse valve could ensure the service life more than 120 million times.
