XL—1900 is a kind of Ethyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate copolymer formed emulsion thickener.
2. Product Features
XL-1900 is a kind of alkali soluble thickener containing acidic group. It is high molecular.Its viscosity is very low in acidic medium, but is very high in alkaline medium. Compared with the cellulose thickener, it is not only easy to be used but also can prevent the coating from getting mildew and subsiding. XL-1900 has high cooperativity with a variety of textile emulsion.

4. Use-method
1. Make the PH of the coating or the textile emulsion reach 8-9 with ammonia.
2. Dilute XL-1900 with water at the rate of 1:1.
3. Drop the diluent XL-1900 into the coating slowly while stirring.
4. Measure the changes of viscosity of coating or the textile emulsion while stirring, stop adding thickener when achieve the viscosity.
5. Package and storage
1. Package: 50Kg plastic drum, 200Kg iron drum, 1000Kg plastic drum.
2. Storage: the product should be kept away from the light in a cool place; storage temperature is 5-35 ℃; storage time of efficacy is 6 months.
