SUMMARY
This specialized equipment is for manufacturing the large tab capacitor cores. The foil of anode (cathode), paper, lead wire and adhesive tape are fixed on the proper position, and then be fed and cold welded tab automatically. The aluminum electrolytic capacitor cores with one or two tabs can be manufactured automatically. It is easy to operate and maintain.

■ Stock form functions are optional between two and four layers;

■ This machine adopts centralized display with man-machine interface, it is easy to operate PLC circuit and control loop is high reliable;
■ Detection device monitors the work of operating conditions which can pre-warn and shut off in case of abnormality, and can show the fault content.
