SUMMARY
This is automatic specialized equipment for welding & cutting sliced anode(cathode) of Li-ion battery. It is used in the production of anode or cathode, the electrode and tab material be installed to the axis separately. It can unwind, rectify error, weld tab, stick and wrap the adhesive tab automatically. This machine has the cutting function. It’s easy to operate and maintain.

■ It offer the parts of unwinding, rectify error before welding, sending tab, welding tab, sticking adhesive tape and snipping into pieces and cutting off, and then putted into the material box etc.;
■ With high precision in the welding tab; With correct position when the top and back of sticking, the sticking style is opposite stick.
■ Detection device monitors the work of operating conditions which can pre-warn and shut off in case of abnormality;
■ PLC controlled system to show the performance by touching the screen. It is easy to setup and operate.
