2 types wire resistor , one is Copper wire , one is CP wire .
As from Year 2006 , the copper price raising about 4 times, so most of my customers discuss with us how to lower the cost ,
but will not effect TV or other products quality , so we try to use CP wire from year 2006 , and it's sucessful .
as there is only our factory can weld CP wire well with higher wattage , like 2W, ..5W .., most other resistor manufactory only can
weld about from 1/4w to 1/2w .
resistance tolerance : +-0.5%, +-0.1% ,+-5%
termperature coefficient:5+-0ppm , +-100ppm
