Working Principle of S Micro Powder Mill
The main motor drives main axle and each layer of dial to rotate through reducer, and the rotating dial makes dozens of rollers roll and rotate in the ring by pintles. Big materials are reduced to smaller particles by crusher. Then they are sent to stock bin by an elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends the materials evenly to the middle of the upper dial. Under the function of eccentricity, the materials fall into the grinding ring to be pressed, crushed and milled into small pieces by rollers. After being ground in the first layer, the materials fall into the second and the third layer for milling. High-pressure centrifugal blower sucks the outside air into the machine and brings the third layer-milled coarse power into the classifier. The rotating turbine in the classifier makes the coarse materials fall back for regrinding. The fine particles come into the cyclone collector with the air flow and are discharged by the discharge valve on the bottom of the collector. After being purified, the air flow with little dust is discharged through blower and muffler.
