Introduction:
AU-MTPE90 is the special enzyme used for chemi-mechanical pulping and long fiber pulping. It is extracted from three special-effect enzymes and is suitable for the range of pH 5.0-8.0 and temperature 22-65 °C.
Based on its effects to fibers in pulp, AU-MTPE90 can make the fibers absorb adequate water and expand and promote fiber brooming, so reduce the energy consumption in the subsequent pulping process. Because the fibers absorb enough water and are fully expanded, they become soft and thickening, and increase the bulk and flexibility. At the same time, AU-MTPE90 can re-combine the fiber fines, which is conducive for water draining of wet sheet, can reduce the fiber fines content in white water and improve the recycling rate of white water, thereby reduce consumption and clear water usage per ton primary pulp. AU-MTPE90 has certain stripping roles to slime pulp adhered in the system, long tome use can make the entire approach system of paper machine more, avoid the paper flaw such as color spot and paper breakage phenomenon resulting from slime pulp, reduce the cleaning frequency of forming wire and blankets and prolong the life of forming wire and blankets.

1. Polymerization
The polymerization can re-combine the fiber fines in pulp. When AU-MTPE90 bio-enzyme is added into the pulp, it firstly meets with the fiber fines in the pulp. For its quantity is countless times more than the fiber fines, the bio-enzyme can surround the fiber fines and re-polymerize them together. When these fiber chains collide with long fibers, they attached to the long fibers; at the same time, due to the very small size of AU-MTPE90, when they are added into the pulp, even contact with long fibers firstly, they will be bounced. However, after they are re-combined with fiber fines and form larger sizes, together with their own adhering property, they will re-combine with the long fibers when encountered again in the last period. The advantages derived from this characteristic of AU-MTPE90 are listed as follows:
a) To reduce the white water concentration of paper machine, increase retention rate, reduce consumption per unit pulp, increase production per unit time and create benefits for enterprise.
b) The closed recycling water will become clean, which can reduce the cost of water treatment or the added amount of clear water and create benefits for enterprise.
c) The paper strength of short fiber parts will be increased, which can reduce the proportion of high-quality raw materials and create benefits for enterprise.
d) The drainability of pulp will be significantly strengthened and the rotating speed of paper machine will be increased, thereby increase the production or shorten the available machine time.
