This tester is a integrated tester for plug.It is used to test the continuity, insulation,high-volt,leakage current of power plug.It meets the requirements of many international standards such as BIS, UL, CSA, VDE, BSI, DIN, CCC, IEC,etc.The biggest advantage of this machine is it can test 28 plugs at the same time,it will rapidly promote your testing speed. It is a totally automatic testing machine make your operation more convenient and simple.
Features:
* All of the test subjects will done automatically.
* The inner/outer high-volt output value and persistence period can be set separately.
* Test speed is quick,all test subjects will be achieved in 2 seconds.
* The PLC control system comes from Mitsubishi,Made In Japan.
* The relay comes from Schneider,Made In French.
* If the specimen is incompetent,there is a alarm by buzzer and light.
* If the specimen is incompetent,this machine will stop at once and show you which subject is incompetent.Until you push the emergency button it will restart a new test.And a switch with key can be made to order to replace the high-volt starting button,it is very useful,because when a alarm happen,the operaters can not restart this machine,only after the managers have checked over and restart it by key the machine will work again.
* When test over,the sample will be pushed out automatically,and a “T” or other characters will be marked on it(English characters only).
* 28 plugs can be inserted into the end to perform test,when test over,they will be pushed out together.
* All parameters will be set by a precise and convenient touch-screen.
* You must enter the password before you sign in the system.
