DISCRIPTIONS
2-pyrrolidone is a colorless to slightly yellow liquid, with a faint amine odor. 2-P is a high-polar solvent and it is miscible with water and conventional organic  solvents.

SAFETY
Care should be used when handling 2-P. Inhalation or skin contact should be avoided. Inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact with material may cause severe injury or death. Effects of contact or inhalation may be delayed.  Butylrubber or FEPTeflon gloves are recommended when handling 2-P .Wear safety glasses and chemical goggles if splashing is possible.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container closed when not in use.Wash thoroughly after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Avoid ingestion and inhalation.
