PVC/PE single and double wall corrugated pipe production line is configured with high-efficiency single screw extruder,laminar flow distributor,dual passage spiral composite extrusion die,corrugated forming system,sprey cooling water tank,cutting unit and stack unit.
High performance single screw extruder with special screw and grooved feed barrel can ensure good extrusion in high efficiency.
The extrusion die surface is nituided and polished. A wall thickness-regulating device is equipped in die lip to be suitable for production of different raw materials and ring resistance material.Specail structure die make the thickness of the inner and outer wall even,and stable molding.In addition,it has unique water cooling structure inside and close air flowing structure.
The shuttle corrugated forming system ensures high efficiency extrusion of high quality pipe.The special aluminum alloy mould block with anti-adhereing treatment,cooling air.cooling water and vaccuum channel inside of mould block ensure good forming structure of pipe and fast cooling speed. Advanced online belling system lowers the investment and increase the efficiency.In addition,the forming system is provided with self-protection device for sudden power cut.
