Specifications

The CPBR130/160 CNC planer type horizontal boring & milling machine is a top-grade numerical control machine tool with independent intellectual property right, is developed by our company via a modular method through borrowing ideas from advanced technologies at both home and abroad and carrying out computer three-dimensional moulding and finite element analysis. It can work together with related accessories to carry out part milling, drilling, boring, tapping, thread processing and multi-procedure processing for two-dimensional and three-dimensional curved surfaces.
 
 Structural Features
2.1 Big basic parts such as the lathe body, the columns, the table, the slide carriage, the headstock, and the back tail barrel are all high-strength resin bonded sand iron castings and receive two times of heat ageing treatment.
2.2 The Main Shaft: the main shaft consists of a boring shaft and a milling shaft with an high speed, good rigidity and high precision imported main shaft bearing. The main drive system, which integrates an AC servo motor and two-stage mechanical gear shift, enables stepless speed(5-1500r/min) regulation..
2.3 The Material Forming the Main Shaft: 38CrMoAlA. The surface of the main shaft undergoes nitrogen treatment and finishing with a hardness of above HV900.
2.4    Swivel Table: the swivel table with high precision can be positioned at any angle. The rotor axis adopts a twin-row cylindrical roller bearing with good rigidity and high precision, and the upper part of the shafting adopts a central unloading device. A swiveling feed mechanism is driven by an AC servo motor; the gear reduction box having a drive structure that double pinions preloaded by a butterfly spring drive a girth gear can automatically eliminate the gear drive gap and consequently ensure higher drive precision. The swivel table is hydraulically tightened when not moving with reliability and convenience. 
2.5    The Guide Rails: a Schneeberger MR heavy-duty roller straight line guide rail made in Switzerland is adopted for X,Y,Z,W-direction guide rail, a plastics sticking slide rail for B-direction guide rail;
.2.6 The Feed Mechanism: the feed mechanism, which adopts X, Y,Z, W coordinate feeding modes, is driven by an AC servo motor. The mechanism consists of a reduction box and a preload ball screw cut pair. The screw nut is a double-nut structure with an adjustable gap.
2.7 The Balancing Mechanism: the headstock adopts a counterweight balancing device with two-point suspension, double-guide and rollers.
2.8 The Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system adopts  a hydraulic pressure station, satisfying functions for lubrication and cooling of spindle head, spindle speed, tool released, swivel table tightened and so on. Famous brand hydraulic elements with their mounting size meeting international standards are adopted.
2.9  The Lubrication System: the X,Y,Z,B,W coordinate guide rails and the ball screw nut pair are lubricated by an automatic lubrication device with set time and fixed quantity; a main shaft transmitting gear and a bearing thereof are lubricated by circulating cooling oil; and the main shaft bearing and the screw bearing are lubricated by grease.
2.10 The Electric System: a SIEMENS 8055D system is adopted.
2.11  The detecting element: the B axis adopts grating circular to form fully closed loop position detection; and the X,Y,Z,W axis adopts a coder to form semi-closed loop position detection.
Ⅲ. General Layout and Coordinate Definition
The machine, which has a planer table type layout, consists of big parts such as a rear lathe body, a column and a slide carriage, a side suspension horizontal shaft headstock, a back tail barrel, a front-mounting transverse movement swivel table and a ram. The coordinates are defined as follows:
3.1 The transverse movement of the table and the slide carriage on the front lathe body: X axis
3.2 The up-and-down movement of the headstock on the column: Y axis
3.3 The longitudinal movement of the column and the slide carriage on the rear lathe body: Z axis
3.4 The longitudinal shift of the front-mounting table: V axis
3.5 The swiveling of the table: B axis
