The electric part of the line adopts PLC control. Feeding is controlled by step-forward system,
we can use the setting length as well as color label tracing, it provide accurate positioning
and wide adjusting range. The line include: automatic coiler, high accuracy press, die and simplified collector. The accurate press adopts steel plates joining body, electromagnetism to regulate, electric machinery to control the speed, dry type friction clutch to clutch-on-off, rigid over-load protector to protect the press.
