  1. High efficiency surface aerator  <LY-I> could be widely used in city life sewage, the petroleum chemical industry, the printing and dyeing, the leather, the drugs manufacture, the papermaking, the food processing and so on.
  2. This surface aerator is applicable not only to sewage treatment plant in activated sludge process, but also suitable to rivers and the oxidation pond for aeration, especially suitable for Carrousel oxidation ditch (multiple parallel oxidation ditches).
  3. The surface aerator  <LY-I> is low speed surface aerator and is better than the similar products in aerating and oxygenizing,mixing agitation, pushing stream and the special effects on energy preservation.
  4. For the maximum power configuration, its theoretic power efficiency could reach 3.40~3.80kgO2/kW·h (by shaft power). Comparing to brush aerator, its efficiency increases 78~110% ( the theoretic power efficiency of brush aerator is 1.80kgO2/kW·h).Comparing to pump-type aerator, its efficiency increases 70.2~102.1% ( the theoretic power efficiency of pump-type aerator is 1.88kgO2/kW·h). Comparing to inverted umbrella aerator and disk aerator ,its efficiency increases 28~52%.(both theoretic power efficiency is 2.5kgO2/kW·h).

The series of surface aerator <LY-I>, which is developed by University Tongji and Henan Zhongxin Environment Protection & Conveyor Co., Ltd together, has 9 models: 22kW, 37kW,45kW, 55kW, 75kW, 90kW, 110kW, 132kW, 160kW. These products have passed the examination from National Environmental Protection Product Quantity Supervise & Examine Center; the index of various technical parameters all reaches the international advanced level.
  6. Among them, the power efficiency of the surface aerator 160 kW attains 3.40~3.80 kgO2/kW·h, the power efficiency increases 38% comparing to the power efficiency of the similar inverted umbrella. The energy consumption of the aerators is only 30% energy consumption of similar products in average.
  7. Therefore, the surface aerator <LY-I> has the highest power efficiency and the best performance in the current market and its structure and performance are still in the leading position.
