III. USES: 
      This product is a kind of Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer, which has good oil-resistance, chemical-resistance and flame-resistance and can be used as modifier or permanent plasticizer of soft PVC.
     CPE1401 + CR + additives: Make kinds of flame-resistance wire and cable, as well as automobile rubber products;
    CPE1401 + NBR + additives: Make kinds of oil-resistance and heat-resistance rubber products;
    CPE1401 + PVC + additives: Make several excellent weather-resistance soft PVC products and cable insulation.
