P level filters
used to remove the 3 muon above particles,efficiency99.99% and can remove liquid oil and water.
U level filters
used to remove 1 muon above particles,in the 21st℃ conditions oil mist contest not exceed 0.5mg/m3,and can remove liquid oil and water (need lead P drade filter)
H level filters
used to remove 0.01 muon above particles efficiency 99.999% in the 21st℃ conditions,oil mist not more that 0.01mg/m3 and can remove liquid oil and water.(need lead U grade filter)
F level filters
used to remove the 0.01 muon above particles, mainly used for adsorption desiccator rearmounted filters.
We changed the traditional structure of the filter with new designing conception and creat high efficiency and precise filter which is made by advanced technology. On the middle of the filter element, we creat one rotary vance there, which will fast coagulating of the water droplets and oil droplets. High grade filtering material make sure the efficiency. All filters get electronic automation drainage valves matched. When draining off water, a part of compressed air purge the filter element inwall from above to below that the impurity can be ejected from the filter. Not only does it reduce the resistance pressure to the air, but also prolong the usage life of the filter element.
