    The line is used in silicon steel and thin steel slitting and winding, designed for transformer,motor, instrument transformer and so on those are electrical manufacturing industry.

The line is used in slitting silicon steel,whice slit higher productivity and more accurate,according to different width to slit coil silicon steel,so that reduce the cost and stocks. 
The feeder,winder adopt the single backup structure, high strength-to-weight ratio, feed workpieces easily and slitting of high quality.
   
The line’s machine can be operated by erevy or unit,adopt electromagnetic adjustable speed asynchronous motor,the slitting speed adjust easily and work stability.The feeder and winder adopt Hydraulic system to Separating unit and Tension station,with cantilever  support , high strength-to-weight ratio.The line’s main motion are used in Hydraulic system.the line are stability and reliability in operation,low noise,maintain the convenience,safe credibility.
     
The line was operated by PLC,with DC Speed Regulation System or frequency speed regulating device,being easy to adjusting speed.the main Electrical system and Hydraulic system applied the imported products, high reliability;operate system have powerful anti-jamming performance.
