Vision  Special  CCD detection lens
Currently, common commercial lenses on the market are photograph lenses which have low resolutions and low depth of field. The ideal working distance is infinite and the band pass area in the mirror filming is mainly in the visible spectral band, which cannot satisfy the professional requirements of color sorting. Therefore, through years’ research and accumulation, the special lenses are designed for color detection. The lenses have (up to 2000,000 pixels), standard depth of field (15mm), low distoration, wide spectrum and best effective working distance to meet detection requirements on materials with different shapes and color.
Vision CCD color sorters use professional large-size optical lenses. The working parameters are customized according to material color sorting requirements. The optimized light path structure ensures proper imaging and high image quality.
The dynamic response scope of the CCD used on Vision color sorters reaches 2000 bits. Therefore, the CCD is more senstive to fine color changes and differentiaties colors in more detailed manners. The color sensing precision is thus increased ,effectively increasing the color sorting detection precision(increase by 20% or more).
 
 
Vision  Signal processing and control system
1.     Signal processing and control system Vision CCD color sorters use large-scale integrated DSP technology. The main control system adopts ARM9 high-end embedded chips.
The complete sorter applies intelligent closed-loop control.The industrical grade data bus ensures the reliability of communication and control system and provides powerful interference resistance capablity. In addition, the profressional front optical structure ,special lenses and CCD keep high resolution image signals for the processor and enable the DSP to exchange and process data with the CPU, implementing high precision sorting of materials. Special sorting detection algorithm software designed for different materials can meet sorting requirements on materials with different shapes and colors.
The applied intelligent temperature control and air pressure control and air pressure control technology ensures the sorter work under the best conditions. Strict management and detection systems are applied in various chains in the production procedure to ensure all parts and components are stable and reliable, effectively increasing the working stability and service life of sorters.
 
Vision  Snifting valve
The snifting valve was granted a utility model patent in 2006 with the patent number: ZL 200620075811.9
Features: The CPF high-frequency pulse air valve is a super-small 2-postion 2 way valve and is used to connect or disconnect compressed air. The patented high speed snifting valve design and manfacturing technology adopts optimized valve design and special manfacturing technique to ensure quick response, low power consumption and long service life.
It is applicaple for highly intergrated and high-frenquency actions of color sorters to emlinate fine materials to be sorted. The internal open-close contact plane uses the valve plate structure. The valve plate and the valve base are made of  high-conductivity magnetic precision alloy materials with special technique and thus have high wear resistance. The jointed drive structure of the snifting valve by electromagnetic force and sir pressure ensure low wear of valve plates under high-frenquency actions. Therefore, the service life of the valve reaches and even exceeds that of similar products in the world. The valve adopts the chamber insalation to ensure stable air source of all valves and thus ensure stable and even air supply
 
Vision   Never worn chute
Chutes are made of special alloy materials and molded with precision digital equipment with vacuum surface plating. Special chutes will be used for materials with different shapes to ensure high flow speed and volume and easy maintenance.
