Currently, common commercial lenses on the market are photograph lenses which have low resolutions and low depth of field. The ideal working distance is infinite and the band pass area in the mirror filming is mainly in the visible spectral band, which cannot satisfy the professional requirements of color sorting. Therefore, through years’ research and accumulation, the special lenses are designed for color detection. The lenses have (up to 2000,000 pixels), standard depth of field (15mm), low distoration, wide spectrum and best effective working distance to meet detection requirements on materials with different shapes and color.
Vision CCD color sorters use professional large-size optical lenses. The working parameters are customized according to material color sorting requirements. The optimized light path structure ensures proper imaging and high image quality.
The dynamic response scope of the CCD used on Vision color sorters reaches 2000 bits. Therefore, the CCD is more senstive to fine color changes and differentiaties colors in more detailed manners.
