KYHJ-400LINE Composition
1. Double head coiler
  The coil inside diameter: 508mm
  The coil max overall diameter: 1000mm
  The coil max width: 440mm
-         Coiler weigh:1500KG
-         The both side of coiler is cantilever, the frame foundation adopt welding steel. The main spindle (coiler’s) is installed in ball bearing.
The coiler install are steel plate, drive the main spindle to tense. The coiler’s big wheel adopts pneumatic disc brake.
The coiler will stop when the material nearly close to the button of buffer pit, EMG or power failure.
 
The coiler adopt two Wound-Primary Type Asynchronous Motor or frequency conversion motor (5.5KV) according the wheel to drive. When one of the coiler’s head is working, the other can be loaded the material to ready to start its work , which can decrease the assistant time and increase the rate of cut-to-length line! The coiler’s head can revolve from 0° to 180°, and be fixed by the pin after revolving.
The coiler‘s head tension or revolving is drive by automatic hydraulic.
 
2. Buffer pit
the buffer pit is between the coiler and feeder, to make sure the material in free condition before crossing the sheet feeder .the buffer pit guaranteed by precise optical grating encode, that control the coiler revolving, slow down, cut-off and the coiler ‘s head braking; the feeder do  not work when the feeder work fast and precise optical grating encode guarantee moving slow, to make sure the same feeding speed between the coiler and the feeder to avoid the material straightening or banking up in buffer pit.
3. The feeder
The feeder feed the sheet material according to the program’s shape and order, feed the material in position to shear. Its feeding speed is o to 240 m/min and continual adjustable, the feeder is made up by feeding roll, measuring roll, side guide way and frame foundation.
The feeding roll was drove by one or two AC Servo Motor which is relating to the feeding roll with synchronization belt. the feeding roll’s surface is coated bynitrile butadiene oil resistant rubber,the upper roll was drove by pneumatic cylinder.the roll’s motor connect in series, frequently start-running- braking in working time. Start or stop time is less than 100ms.the lower roll is relating to Pulse Generator,whice use in feeding material by hand or measuring the material’s length when the feeder work in automatically and no material!
The measuring device is made up by measuring roll and pressing roll that is before the measuring roll. Measuring roll’s surface has anisothermal treatment, and the measuring roll is relating to Pulse Generator.The pressing roll is made up by rubber and use pneumatic cylinder to press! The measuring or pressing roll is revolved by silicon steel, 400mm/ circuit. The measuring device act in close coordination with feeder motor Driving System, making sure to feed the material length on accuracy.
The side guide way before or after feeding roll is edge positioning the material crossing! the material was fixed by side guide way, the other side guide way’s position was fixed to material width and adjust in hand or mechanical, the distance that is between the both side guide ways can be displayed by position indicator (the precision of position indicator is 0.1mm ).
4, The pneumatic V notch
The pneumatic V notch punch V grooves that is in upper and lower yoke, shear the sharp to make the shape of central core steel. The V notch is fixed in longitudinal, and can be motion in cross by hand to adjust. the adjust value can be displayed by position indicator (the precision of position indicator is 0.1mm ).or add servo system to adjust the V notch’s cross coordinates. The cross pneumatic cinlyderis relating to wheel and eccentric sleeve, that finish the punching work! The single clearance of the Precision Carbide Stamping Die is 0.01mm.the slider adopt ball spiral rods .the V notch adopt the moving guide way, the silicon steel can be fixed when the pneumatic cinlyder push, making sure to shear accuracy. The side guide way’s width and the feeder’s guide way can be adjusted in the same time.
The chip is stored in container through the slipway.
The V notch’s cross position can be fixed or adjusted by servo system in automatic, so that can charge the V deep and produce the cross displacement and step silicon steel shape.
 
 
5, Cut equipment
It is made up by pneumatic cut (PN400/650), transportation roll and guide way system.
The cutter is rotating cutter. The slides guide adopt the linear motion, the cutting tool(50×20×5mm) Material is e Precision Carbide Stamping Die, is fixed to cutting base tool by the screw, fit clearance that between upper and lower cutting tool can adjust(about 0.01mm). The chip is stored in container through the slipway
Transportation roll use to transport the finished silicon steel to carrying machine. Behind and before the cut, between the two cut install the 10 set roll. The lower roll is drove by four motor, the upper roll that are made by rubber are pressed by pneumatic cinlyder.
6, Carrying machine
The carrying machine is made up by frame foundation, transportation belt and side guide way.
Carrying machine’s function is transporting the finished silicon steel to separating machine, the transportation belt width is 25mm that is drove by AC motor, its speed is 200m/min. it run on the carrying machine surface, the permanent magnet install on the belt other side, to sure the silicon steel transporting in close. The side guide way’s adjustable is the same step with the cut and feeder guide way/
7, Separating machine   
Separating machine is made up by the stocking plate, magnetic transportation belt, sheet stop device and so on. The machine can separate the different shape silicon steel sheet to stocking plate (upper or lower) what is transported by carrying machine.
The different shape silicon steel sheet is transported by carrying machine. The magnetic transportation belt width is 200mm and drove by AC motor. its speed is200m/min.the sheet is transported to small separating roll which come from the belt, and is transported to upper or lower stocking plate in accurately.the magnetic transportation belt and separating roll can add height in automatically. The max height is 350mm.
The sheet stop device install behind the stocking plate, which move with the magnetic transportation belt. the device press the sheet edge when the separating roll transport, that is make sure the sheet place on the stocking plate. . The longitudinal accuracy is10-25mm and cross accuracy is 5mm.
If the separating machine adopt the AC servo motor drove the magnetic transportation belt to locating and stocking sheet. The longitudinal accuracy is 5mm and cross accuracy is 0.5mm.
 
8, Electrical system  
The Electrical system is made up by electrical control cabinet, operate station, button box, transfer element and cable. The operate station have computer screen, button switch and LED Light. All the low voltage electric apparatus, governor, PLC and so on are installed in electrical control cabinet.the computer run WINDOWS 98 system and display a friendly environment with graphics user screen.
After opennibe the electrical control cabinet’s switch, the computer run in automatically, display different window, ie: sheet shape, input producing data, change machine position coordinate, edit cutting program and so on. The operate station connect bottom producing line that can be control by hand, complished crossing material, feeding by hand, cutting sheet header and so on. According the sheet shape to input the data of width, length, cycles and open the transportation belt, then, the cut-to-length line start and run in automatically.
The program edition is easily. The line can input the sheet shape opcodes and length in man-machine interaction. New editing program display in once. It can input measuring number to refund the balance when the cutting length accuracy is large.
