Water Treatment Chemicals Polyacrylamide, PAM for short, is a water-soluble linear polymer material(-CH2CHCONH2-) formed from acrylamide subunits that can also be readily cross-linked. Storage and transportation:
(1) PAM should be kept sealed, dried, dark and kept from high temperature to avoid being moistening and degradation.
(2) It should not be kept in the metal containers directly but with plastic lining.
(3) Its storage period could not be too long, or it will lead to aging degradation. Generally, the diluter is the concentration, the shorter is the valid period.
