1.       Power supply switch
When testing, pull this switch to “ON”.
2.       Ignition coil switch
When testing, pull this switch to “ON”.
3.       GY6 headlamp switch
When testing the voltage of GY6 silicon headlamp (half-wave AC type), pull this switch to “ON”. Note: As the GY6 charging silicon is paralleled at both ends of the charging coil, only when the GY6 headlamp is connected can we pull this switch, after testing, we must firstly pull the switch to “OFF” and then remove the charging silicon, the lights will burn out because of the high voltage which has not been regulated by rectifier regulator.
4.       The ZJ headlamp switch
When testing all the parameters of charging silicon (full-wave CD type) which is under loaded, pull this switch to “ON”.
5.       The charging switch
When testing all the parameters of charging silicon in the condition of connect or separate with the battery, and testing the flasher and relay, pull this switch to ”ON”. The action of charging switch is equal to the motorcycle’s protective tube, pulling the switch to “OFF” means separate with the battery, to “ON” means connect.
6.       Fast-charging switch
Pull the switch to ”ON”, it can charge fast the charger with high current.
7.       The speed control knob
Adjusting this knob, we can get all the parameters of charging silicon and CDI under different rotational speed.
8.       Starting switch
It’s the auxiliary starting switch of electrical machinery. After starting, rotate slowly the speed control knob to adjust the rotation speed of electrical machinery.
9.       The relay button
Install the relay which is to be tested to the metal clip in the test area of relay, then insert the plug (ZJ or GY6) correspond. Press this button, when the relay closes and the headlamp lights, it indicates that the relay is normal.
10.   The three-phase button
Click this button to test the three-phase charging silicon(vehicle types CBT, GN and so on), to see whether it’s balanced charged between phases, the phase transforms once when clicking one time the button. There is a instructor above the button.
11.   Function button
This button is used to test the voltage of battery, charging voltage, charging current, charging coil’s current and voltage, the test point transform once when click one time the button. And then, the data on the display is just the measurement of the test point whose light is on. For example: when the indicator of “charging/battery voltage” is bright, and on the display there is a data 14.76, it indicates that the charging voltage is 14.76V.
