LH Rapid Screen Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine to aid in the detection of ovulation.

Reagents:
1.One pouched strip with desiccant
2.One piece of operating instruction
Precedure:
- Collect urine specimen with a clean dry container either plastic or class.
- Remove the strip from its protective pouch.
- Dip the strip in the urine sample for a few seconds. Make sure that the urine level is below “Max” line.
- As soon as solvent front reached the membrane area place the strip on a clean surface.
- Wait for 10-15 minutes to read result. Do not try to interpret results after 15 minutes.
