RFID Reader for Intelligent Weight System
The RFID program providing a viable solution for the vehicles management and intelligent weighing system of mine, as well as a reference for project development and implementation.
System target
The program offer intelligent management to all of the vehicles entering or leaving the mine, requires that every vehicle should fix at least one special tag, the tag contain information of tare weight / truck number / material type /net weight / location ID/ Destination ID/ date month time stamp etc. We can make three check points in between the way. The reader can be triggered by the detector to read the tag and transmit the information to the host when the vehicle pass the electronic truck scale, as well as indicating the electronic truck scale sending the weight of vehicle to the host. Mine management system can measure automatically the weight of iron ore when vehicle pass the weigh bridge, and the data in the mainframe database can be queried or checked at any time.
System feature
Compared with the previous the mine vehicles and intelligent weighing management
system, the use of RFID technology in this system have the following advantages:
(1) automatic information collection: data output from Vehicle weighing
scales and tag disposaled by relate equipment and then transmit to the computer. All
of the detail information saved in the PC database to consult, check, and print.
(2) Strengthen management and eliminate favoritism: one car one tag, the
tag is fixed on vehicle and the weight get from loadometer strictly corresponding to
one special vehicle and one special tag, as well as the image taken every time. Make
sure that the data is safe and true through the system.
(3) Improving efficiency, reducing operating costs: The system manage all vehicle of
the mine by controlling the loadometer automated network management.
measurement can be easily transported when the vehicle are empty and fully loaded,
the actual weight of iron ore can be know by real-time, thereby greatly improving
working efficiency.
(4) Preventing illegal vehicle entering and protecting the safety of mine:
The system can be integrated with vehicle management system, only the vehicle
which have the legally authorized tag can enter the mine. This greatly enhance the
security of mine.
(5) Avoiding man operating error:
As a result of automatically reading and recording data by the computer, it eliminate
manual intervention.
(6) Remote dynamic Identification with more than 5m and vehicle’ s speed up to
80km/h.
(7) Simple structure, easy installation, wide-range weighing and of good adaptability.
(8) Long-distance transmission of information by remote control and group control.
