OP (Protective layer) / Print Layer/ AL/VC(Agglutinate layer) is essential for blister packaging, now it’s widely used and manufactured.

2. Production is under strict rules. Sufficient heat sol on both protective layer and heat sealing layer.
3. Perfect printing, no fading after sealing.

SPEC: Width≤600mm, Thickness: 0.022mm~0.024mm. Dimension according to customer requirements.

Characteristics: Excellent properties such as of anti- oxygen, moisture-proof, leak-proof, carry-home, anti-pollution, etc. Adopting hard anodized aluminum as cover material, it is easy to break aluminum foil to take out the drugs by pushing the cover. Adopting heat-seal coating material, which cannot be stripped, it can be bonded with all kinds of plastic-based materials.

Usages: Blister packages for Pharmaceuticals products such as capsules, tablets, pill , pastille, small-size food , candy, etc.
