Product Description
PW-CJ Series ink is a two-component diamond – pearly luster ink for glass and metal. It is made up of high grade colophony and pigment.
Application :
Glass and tempered glass (for decoration of appliance , door, furniture, cabinet and so on ) .
Product features :
1 High gloss, low odor ,high hardness (2 H at least) , diamond – pearly lustre .
2 Excellent adhesion : anti-stickiness (It can be passed by baige test ) and anti-scratch .
3 Environment friendly : in accordance with the ROHS environmental standards .
4 The diameter of parricles :< 5um.
Fluidity : 25-45 mm/min ; Viscosity: 80-100P.
4 Two-component: need to add 400588 hardener (3-10%)
Note : 1) The proportion depends on Drying conditions .
2) Productivity of a two-component is 3 times faster than that of a
single- component of either one of them. It is suitable for high –speed printing .
5 Nature:
1) Boiling water resistance : It can resist 100℃boiling water after dried .
2) Alcohol resistance : It can resist alcohol after dried.
3) Adhesion : It couldn’t be peeled off by adhesive tape.
4) Anti-scratch: It couldn’t be scratched .
Techniques :
Screen printing and handwork is ok.
Screen printing plate and quantity :
1 Mesh : 60-350
2 Quantity : 1kg can print 20-30㎡by200–mesh screen printing plate .
Usage of thinner and hardener:
Hardener(3-10%) : 400588
The proportion depends on drying conditions .
Thinner(10-30%) : 4001 for low odor slow drying ,
for environmental friendliness : 783 for slow drying, 718 for medium
drying or 719 for quick drying).
The Proportion depends on weather conditions.
Note :
The ink which has been added hardener must be finished within 24 hours and can be stored for 1 week . Please kindly comply with the above proportion before printing, otherwise, the ink will become cake .
Dilution and net washing :
1 The ink should be diluted by (10-30% ) thinner before printing. After finished continuous
printing the screen printing plate should be washed by 007B screen washing agent .
2 Thinner (10-30%) : 4001 for low odor slow drying thinners,
For environmental friendliness use : 783 for slow drying, 718 for medium
drying, or 719 for quick drying.
The Proportion depends on weather conditions .
Drying methods :
1 Natural drying : Surface drying time will be 20-60 minutes ,and total drying time will be
48hours .
2 Baking : Baked for 5~10minutes (100℃-160℃) , the ink would be solidified soon .
Note : If your glass thickness is 3-4mm ,drying time at 150℃ will be 5minutes and
you can get the better drying effect .
