6 Single –component , baked at 150-200℃ for 5-10mitues ,the ink will have excellent adhesion
for glass and metal
7 Acid –alkali resistance is excellent , alkali resistance is a little weak , good water resistance

screen printing plate and quantity :
1 Mesh : 60-350 .
2 Quantity : l kg can print more than 20㎡by 100–mesh screen printing plate .
Additives for ink :
080 anti-blowing agent (0.5-1%) , 450 leveling agent (0.5-1%) ,
For environmental friendliness use : 783 for slow drying
007B net washing agent , 400560 Adhesion promoter (1-2%) .
Dilution and net washing :
The ink should be diluted with (10-30% ) thinner before printing . and after continuous printing, the screen printing plate should be washed with 007B net washing agent .
Thinner(10-30%) : 4001 for low ordor slow drying.
For environmental friendliness use : 783 for slow drying, 718 for medium drying or 719 for quick drying .
Test methods and result : The same as GFA Series
