Product Description
PW-JS-01 Series ink is a two-component natural drying alcohol resistance ink  for metal plating and glass . It is made up of high grade colophony and pigment.
 
Application :
PW-JS-01 Series can be printed on the surface of Glass, electroplate (zinc plating , silver plating , gold plating , titanizing  and so on ) , metal products , Plastic products (except pp) 
For example : for appliance nameplate , for the decoration of the surface of lamps and lanterns , for the decoration of daily use glass products and so on .
 
Product features :
1    Low odor ;  high –gloss; high hardness(3H at least) .
2    High adhesion :  resisting stickiness and anti –scratch .
3    Chemical resistance :  different Alcohol resistance and Tirana resistance .
4    Water resistance :  It can be passed by boiling water test for 10 hour .
5   Two-component :  The ink needs to be added with PW-JS-G01hardener (3%-5% )  or  PW-JS-G02/03hardener(6%-10%) .
6    Environment friendly :   In accordance with the ROHS environmental standards .
 
Techniques:
Screen printing and Pad printing
Screen printing plate and quantity :
1    Mesh :  150-420
2    Quantity :  l kg can print 40㎡by 350 –mesh screen printing plate .
 
Drying Methods:
1    Natural drying :  Surface drying time will be 15-30 minutes, and  total drying time will be
      48hours  ( for printed by 350-mesh screen printing plate) .
2    Baking :  Baked for 5-10minutes(100℃-160℃), the ink would be solidified .
 
Usage of thinner and hardener :
Hardener :  PW-JS-G01hardener (3%-5% ) ; PW-JS-G02/03 hardener(6%-10%)
 Note :  The proportion depends on Drying conditions .
Thinner(10-30%) :  4001 for low odor slow drying.
                                   For environmental friendliness use : 783 for slow drying, 718 for medium
                                   drying, or 719 for quick drying.
    Note :    The proportion depends on weather conditions .
 
Dilution and net washing :
The ink should be diluted by (10-30% ) thinner before printing and after finished continuous printing, screen printing plate should be washed by 007B screen washing agent .

                                   drying, or 719 for quick drying.
    Note :  The proportion depends on weather conditions .

Note
    1   The ink which has been added with hardener must be finished within 24 hours    
         otherwise , the ink will cake easily. Unfinished ink can be added with thinners to slow
         down time to become cake . when screen plate and scraper are stopped working they are
         should be cleaned .
    2   Pls add thinner into ink according to proportion .
    3   Hardener should be stored sealed tightly. Long exposure to air will reduce quality. Once
         opened should finish asap .
