YGQLY (OL) 6H Tire Crane
Equipped with “T. King” 1020KBDC type II chassis, FAW Wuxi diesel 485# engine with auxiliary oil tank and low speed transmission, double protection net, anti-slipping large working platform, heavy-duty rear hydraulic tank, customized special cab for crane operation and alerting device for night operation and personnel surrounded.
A telescoping boom of the five-grade hexagonal hydraulic oil cylinder reaches the rated lifting height of 22m and 26m to the maximum if assorted with truss jib. The Φ1,200mm high-strength internal gearing rotary support and 8T-grade high-strength turbine worm rotary body have the reliable buffering and self-locking functions; the planetary gear normally-closed hoisting winch, plus the high pressure valve plate for the distributed hoisting motor, meet demands for high-speed lifting and large weight handling; the large-channel four-directional central rotary body can realize rotations at any angle; the high-power external 380V motive power system in compliance with the national standards can replace diesel engine for hoisting to greatly reduce costs.
In line with the national standards (GB), the special double-acting hydraulic cylinder for the construction machinery, the heavy-loading bottom frame professionally made of high-strength alloy steel sheet and leg structure, as well as the built-in H-type pipeline sliding leg ensure stable and reliable operating performances of cranes under various operating conditions.
