Compact Line III consists of cradle style decoiler, straightening, beading, punching, notching, hydraulic folding and hydraulic shearing. It processes maximum coil width 1300mm or 1600mm galvanized steel for 18 to 30 gauge material into blank for TDF integrated flange duct, TTF/LT mate flange duct or angle iron flange duct.

l Twin-motor driven dual-decoiling, selectable coils stand by, maximum capacity of 5-ton per station (optional: up to 10-ton per station)

l Straightening/flattening - Pneumatic controlled straightener—No adjustment required when changing from 18 to 30 gauge material

l Pneumatic controlled ring type beading rolls with five beading rings-which can be removed

l Bends right angle lock

l PLC control, preset available profiles and folding style, notching size, punching size, cutting dimension on touchscreen 

l This auto line will process 1300mm or 1600mm galvanized steel into blank for plasma cutting machine or notch blank for “L” section or full ductwork
