Head motion: The head motion is of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil sump.
Decks: The decks are built of 16mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, requiring little maintenance. The specific gravity of fiberglass made into decks is one third of that of steel, while its strength reaches as high as 70% that of steel. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristic of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance and can hold the shape unchangeable at ±50°C
Feed and water box: A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
Base: A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.
Spiral chute:
This applies to sorting size 0.3 - 0.02 mm thin materials of iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, P B ore, tungsten ore, tin mine, tantalum and niobium mine, as well as other non-ferrous metals. Precious metals and non-metallic mineral have the proportion differences. The process of sorting equipment is stable, easy to control, to allow changes in the thickness of ore concentration, concentration is high, high recovery, small footprint, less water consumption.
Working principle of Spiral chute:
The sand pulp is first send to the two inlets of the spiral chute. After added water for appropriate pulp density, the pulp swirls down and generates a centrifugal force which separates the ores and sands. The ore concentrate flows into the hopper and is collected through a pipeline. The tailings are discharged by a sand pulp. Thus, the whole mineral process is finished.
