SHJ series of twin screw extruder characteristics
Both screw and barrel were designed using the building block principle. The screw  configuration, barrel structure, screw L/D, the number and place of feeding and exhausting, way of screen changing and pelletizing, and the electric control mode are all optimally adjusted according to different material properties and process requiements,in consideration of the machine's versatility in other general applications.
Designed by CAD scientifically, the closely intermeshed screw elements have excellent self-wiping characteristics, and can be interchanged with each other easily. Many years of experience in screw design and software development enable us to realize efficient solids conveying, plasticating, compoud,dispersing, homogenization, devolatilization, pressure-buildup in twin-screw extuders, in accordance to the specific requirements of each process. To meet the increasingly demands and challenges from new materials and new processes, we are providing new types of screw elements accordingly. Screw elements are slid onto a spline shaft to achieve higher torque and higher screw channel volume for even higher throughput.
To meet different process requirements and applications, based on the providing normal extruder Series A and high speed extruder Series B, we recently desighed and provided high torque extruder Series C and high speed high torque extruder Seires D.
The newly designed torque distribution system, high-procision griding of hardened gearbox, imported high quality key bearings, and the interlock of lubrication system are for the good reliability of YONGTENG'S products among the reasons.
Metering feeders are equiped with single screw, with-screw (both intermeshing and not-intermeshing), or spring to meet different flow properties of bulk particulates. Besides the standerd volumetric metering feeders, the loss-in-weight feeders with accuracy as high as 0.5% are also available.
Granulating system includes water-tank strand pelletizing, air cooling strand pelletizing , air-cooling die-face cutting, water-ring die-face cutting, eccentic hot-face cutting with special cooling, and underwater pelletizing. Our engineers will recommend you with the best suitable way of granulating accroding to your material characteristics and process requirements.
For most applications, the core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA. The screw components are made of high quality high speed tool steel-W6Mo5CrV2, that receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature. Rockwell hardness:HRC62-64, the barrel body is made of #45 steel, and the"octagon" shape hole is lined with wearing proof alloy a-101(Fe-Cr-Ni-B+Carbide), hardness:HRC60-64. For applications with particular requiements,high corrosion-resistant and high wear-resistant materials of construction with special heat treatment are also provided for our customers to choose.
The key componets in the electric control system are all imported.
Due to its low vibration and low noise level,the main extruder can be installed on most solid grounds with no need to any special base.
