This series of DC - DC converter should be placed in the well-ventilated place, working within the allowed voltage range. If out of range, it may operate abnormally.
When fail to work, isolate the power elsewhere (example PDU of the power system) before disassembly and wait for at least five minutes. It has high voltage on the circuit boards. Please contact the dealer or have it repaired by a qualified electrical technician.
Power Switch is to control the auxiliary power supply circuit to the modules. As long as the DC input supply is connected at the terminal block, the input part of the power circuit is live.
Electrical properties indicators are tested at ordinary room temperature.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer or the representative guarantees that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship upon leaving the factory. The warranty is for 2-year from the date of purchase.
During this period, a defective product for which an authorization to return the product has been given, shall be returned to the manufacturer freight prepaid. The products will be repaired, or replaced after examination by the manufacturer's representative to determine to be defective in material or workmanship.
If this returned product has suffered from user misuse or abuse or to have been opened or modified without written instructions from the manufacturer or the representative or exceeds the warranty period, the warranty is null and void.
In such cases, the manufacturer's representative will determine the cost of repair, quote this price to the purchaser, and continue as advised by the purchaser.
