Appearance: solid flakes with light yellow
Ionic type: weakly cationic
Solubility: easy soluble in cool water
PH value: about 4.5±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Properties
1) used in finishing process of cotton or T/C shuttle fabric and provide soft and full hand feeling. It also can improve the character of fabrics on elasticity and low yellowing.
2) easily soluble in cool water.
3) Good stability in solution at pH 2-12 and compatibility with cationic finishing agent.
4) Suitable for either padding process or exhausted process.
5) Also can be used on other fabrics.
Application
1. Emulsifying method: 8-10% CNC, add water to certain concentration. Put about 2-3 hours then mix round make emulsion.
2. Padding process: 20-40g/L(emulsion), dry after padding(room temperature)
3. Exhausted process: 0.2-0.5% (o.w.f.)
Temperature 30-40℃
Time 10-15min
