1. Cutting with Vibrating Knife

 

* Ruizhou carton cutting machine adopts vibrating knife cutting technology. It can cut different materials such as corrugated paper, cardboard, grey board, plastic board and complex materials etc, saving much time and cost making sample boxes by hand.

 

2. Creasing with Pinch Roller

 

* There are four types of optional pinch rollers available. They can conduct perfect folding line on corrugated paper, cardboard and plastic board. Regarding to different creasing requirements, we can also create customize creasing tools for our customers.

 

3. Dotted Line Cutting

 

* Ruizhou carton cutting machine can not only conduct full-cutting and kiss-cutting on different materials, but also dotted line cutting which is widely used on corrugated paper and cardboard.

 

4. Location with Laser Light

 

* We introduce cross laser light on the tool head, which is useful in locating the accurate position on the starting point.

 

5. Drawing with Pen Tool

 

* Our machine can draw various high precision drawings on the materials. Customers can choose ordinary signing pen, oil pen, ball-point pen or silver pen according to different materials or drawing requirements.
