1.Canwin CNC cut to length line is aimed at silicon steel sheet automatic cutting,  Processing the transformer core special equipment.

 

2.In the process of the development, this equipment absorb the imported cutting line essence,  add your own elements and then make improvements to upgrade,  technology has reached world advanced level.  In order to ensure that performance and foreign advanced equipment synchronization,  in electrical components aspects using imported brand.  Siemens ac servo system, Japan yokogawa PLC module,  omron switching power supply, the Swedish man-machine interface and precision grating detection,  realize high precision feeding at fixed length,  ensure the precision of cutting.

 

3.Equipment mainly consists of:

 

(1)double head coiler:Adopt European design, two motors driving two groups were big gear transmission feeding institutions,  feeding institution can rotate by hydraulic tensioner materials,  manual rotation,  pneumatic automatically lock and positioning. Using Japan mitsubishi motors open-book motor,  ac inverter or ABB motor control.

 

(2)CNC feeder:Adopt two Siemens ac servo motor drive, length coding closed-loop tracking, cylinder pressure device. Detection system USES German original promixity switches and photoelectric switch products.

4. Performance introduced:
