2. Vibrating Feeder Description
Vibrating Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. Vibrating feeder is generally installed in front of the primary crusher, conveyors big blocks continuously and evenly while removing the dirt and impurities by screen bars. As an necessary equipment, it can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing plant. It is widely used in metallurgy, coal, mineral processing, building, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants. Vibrating feeder features strong construction, anti-strike and wearable, etc.
3. Vibrating Feeder Application
Vibrating feeder can evenly and continuously conveys big blocks and granular material from hopper to crushing equipment. In the sand-stone making production line, vibrating feeder can continuously and evenly feed material to avoid plugging the crusher’ s opening. This series vibrating feeders adopts double eccentric shaft vibration exciter to ensure that vibrating feeder can withstand the impact of falling bulk materials, and if features high volume feeding capacity. Vibrating feeder can be divided into steel structure and the grate structure; the steel structure is generally used in sand-stone making production line to conveyor the whole materials evenly and continuously to crushing equipment, while the grate structure is generally used for coarse screening the materials to ensure the whole crushing plant runs more economical. Vibrating feeder is requisite screening equipment for crushing and screening plant.
4. Working Principle:
GZD vibrating feeder mainly consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator motor supporting base and wear-resisting liner. With vibrator motor' s driving, makes the vibrating frame vibrate forcibly on the support spring, and then the material will show the sliding and tossing movement on the chute with this vibration, thus enabling material to move forward and realizing the feeding operation. The material which size was smaller than the clearance of screen bars will be removing the dirt and impurities will be removed by screen bars. The material which size is between 5mm to 20mm will be send to next step to crushing.
 
ZSW vibrating feeder mainly consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator,, vibrating motor frame and motor. Vibration exciter comprises two position-specific eccentric shafts engaged with gears which must engage each other as per the mark during the assembly. Driven by Motor, two shafts rotate to generate powerful integrated linear exciting force which makes the unit vibrate forcibly on the support spring, and then the material will show the sliding and tossing movement on the chute with this vibration, thus enabling material to move forward and realizing the feeding operation. When material passes by screen bars on chute, small materials will fall off from gaps between bars, functioning as the sieve and sparing the subsequent crushing process.
