YX50 smoke oven is an equipment providing heat treatment of meat and fish products. Products processed inside the machine can be dried, cooked, smoked and baked. Especially, it is suitable for using in small factory, canteen and laboratory,.
 
Products processed could be put on grills or hanged on the smoke sticks.
 
The smoke oven is controlled by PLC and touch-screen. Temperature and time can be set according to user’ s requirements.
 
Two kinds of running modes: manual mode and automatic mode.
 
Also, probes of chamber temperature, the core temperature and the smoke temperature can be equipped together with the system.
 
An automatic flap door.
Equipped with a built-in smoke generator.
 
The whole smoke oven is made of high quality stainless steel SS304.
