Intelligent temperature control valve is made up of temperature sensor, intelligent
actuator, and regulating ball valve. Based on the use of different conditions, a variety
of temperature sensors can be chosen. Intelligent actuators have digital control function
and PID control function. According to users’ needs, digital control can be used which
indicates the valve will be on or off in high limits and off or on in low limits; PID control
function is to ensure temperature stable almost at the set point. Action and reaction
functions are set to meet the transition adjustment of cold and heat source (seasonal
transition function). Intelligent actuators display temperature settings and current values,
show valve opening, and provide human interface and the debug menu.
