3.1 Test of raw material

 

3.1.1 The sampler obtain samples acc. to raw material sampling literature after raw material entering factory.

 

3.1.2 The sampler do the inspection and experiments acc. to the inspection and experiments way of raw material.

 

3.1.3 One copy of Test report accredited (judged qualified) should be sent to general manager office, production and technical department, supply department and other related department by quality test department who will also save one for deposit.

 

3.1.4 The quality tracer card of the material should be written by quality test department and handed over to warehouseman. The raw material should cater to industry or national standard and should be kept in standby state.

 

3.2 Semi-finished products test standard

 

Semi-finished products test is indispensible during the manufacturing process of conveyor belt.

Make the semi-finished products quality tracer card. record the information including manufacturing date, product lot number, type, specification, performance, equipment number,  mixer rubber No. of semi-finished products of production team, fabric number, steel cord specification, semi-finished products specification. Each working procedure and manufacturing process should be in check.

 

3.3 Manufacturing and testing of finished goods 

 

3.3.1 The semi-finished products should be vulcanized, meanwhile the quality inspector should strictly guard a pass for each defect appearing on the product and record it to the quality tracer card.

 

3.3.2 Quality defect should be repaired well once according to national quality standard and internal management regulations of the company with nothing defect left to the customer.

 

3.3.3 Quality of each meter of rubber belt should be recorded on quality tracer card.

 

3.3.4 Quality tracer card should be saved for future examination.
