SC (B) 10 Series Products (with thin resin materials filled) brief descriptions:

SC (B) 10 Series dry-type transformer products of Jinghai Transformer Co., Ltd is a new generation of dry-type transformer with techniques from Germany. The casting process is in a highly vacuumed environment, with fully computer controlled airflow circulation. And high-pressure pervasion (3 to 5.5 kg/cm²).

The whole set of system software is from Germany, including design, material, production arts and crafts, mould structure, and resin formula etc. In order to provide more efficient & better quality service to the clients, the company also have done some improvements on the original techniques.

The windings & filled materials are made of epoxy resin cast, its stable property ensures won’t be any cracking accident even under bad weather or sudden temperature change.

The transformer has low energy loss, good heat dissipation ability. With air-cooling system, the system can be safely overloaded up to 150%. The whole set product includes temperature supervision system, monitoring the 3 LV windings. Also, we can add more devices to improve its performance under overload situation, like blowers, according to the clients’ requirements.

The epoxy resin is cast in one process, without any other polish procedures but smooth surface. Highly inflaming-retardant property stops the damage to the environment from any combustion caused poisoning gas. Its shell could be designed according to the clients’ requirements for different circumstances.

Low partial discharge, low noise but strong heat-eliminating ability. The system can be operated up to 50 overloaded under air-cooling method.

The coils of the transformers are moulded from epoxy resin cast. There’s no any moistening absorbent during the process. It ensures product’s performance stability under 100% working temperature.

This series of products do not need maintenance, easy to be installed and low operating cost.

Normally, transformers’ cooling method is AN (Air Natural). Once the system has additional air-cooling system (AF), if the client requests, then the whole system can be overloaded up to 50%. The blowers are also PC controlled in respect of temperature supervision devices (power on of power off), to ensure certain sufficient cooling effect. During the operation, the essential ventilation rate is required. Normally, 1kW of energy loss from transformer needs at least 4m³/min ventilation rate. If the transformer’s been fitted in basement or some other similar places, in order to achieve the best cooling effect to the coils, the ventilation conditions shall be taken in consideration.

All our products contain over-heating protection device. This basic function is achieved by embedding the temperature sensors in coils.

All the core materials are high level, imported oriented-cold-rolling-silicon-steel, with 45^o sloping seam. Its structure is special anchor plate and wrapped by insulation tape. Its surface is painted by resin, in order to prevent the stain and moisten. Those processes efficiently reduce the energy loss and no-load current. The contact part for clamping will be filled by latex in order to absorb the noise. The core will be professionally painted finally. The noise it generated will be lower than 10dB.
