Ground Rod Copperbond
ground rod copperbond are made
by molecularly bonding pure electrolytic copper
onto a low carbon high tensile steel cores
- High resistance to corrosion
- Long Life
- Stop corrosion, while providing the lowest possible resistance to ground
- Copper Jacket : Standard copper clad thickness not less than 254 Micron.
- Bending : There shall be no evidence of cracking of the jacket.
They are made by copper hight conductivity and low carbon steel core. Last longer drive easier and will not crack.

Earth Rod is applied 99.95% pure copper uniformly to distribute on low carbon steel.
It is used in the strata that geological environment is little bad, most geological environment can use more than 40 years.
 
Earth Rod TechnicalSpecification:
1) Thickness of the copper layer is more than 0.254mm(all can be done to your demand)
2) The core steel rod shall have a tensile strength of not less than 580Nm/mm2.
3) The steel core is low carbon steel, and the carbon content is about 0.15%.
4) The purity of the copper using as cladding shall be 99.9% pure copper.
5) the Earth rod will be capable of being through 90 at a maximum radius if 100mm with no copper fracture and with no ill effect on the bond between the steel and the copper cladding.
6) Good in anticorrosion that usage-life is more than 50 years or more, constant low resistance and good plasticity which had the characteristics of copper as well as steel
We can supply you three shapes as:
1) Earth rod can be made double heads thread, thread can be packed by plastic sheath
2) One end is pointed and the other end is threaded for extend
3) One end is pointed and the other end is flat.
