Focusun tube ice directly formed by freezing clean fresh water which has the features of tasteless, sanitary, transparent and competely conforms to food standards. It can be directlt eaten or used to freeze drinks, mix wines, cool foodstuffs, make ice pastries and keep fresh, etc.

The main part of the tube ice machine is the evaporator, a vertical shee-and tube vessel surrounded by a water tank. Special water distributors on top of each tube control an even, spiral supply of water down the inside of the tubes. Excess water is collected in a tank beneath the evaporator and pumped back up to the tank at the top.
