Phenolic resin back-up board (also know as: back-up bakelite, phenolic entry board, PCB drilling backup board, PCB drilling entry board, drilling backboard) is as the protective entry or back-up boards while drilling or routing of Flexible or Rigid PCBs.
Our back-up boards have the following advantages:   
* Smooth and flat suface with no impuritied and low warpage;
* Uniform thickness throughout a single sheet;
* No smear or burr occurrence while drilling;
* Appropriate surface hardness to ensure no wearing out or shortering of drill bits’ lifetime.
